This Privacy Policy explains how Naironix (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit naironix.com, contact us, use our services, or interact with us through Facebook, Messenger, Instagram or Facebook Login.

1. Who we are

Naironix is a digital transformation company based in Yerevan, Armenia. We implement ERP and CRM systems, build websites and provide AI and automation solutions. If you have any privacy question, write to us:

2. Data we collect

  • Data you give us: name, phone number, email address, company name and the content of your messages or requests (for example, when you fill in a contact form).
  • Facebook Login: if you sign in with Facebook, we receive only the data you allow — usually your name, email address, profile picture and Facebook user ID. We never receive your Facebook password.
  • Messenger and Instagram messages: when you write to our Facebook Page or Instagram account, we receive your name, account ID, profile picture and the messages and files you send.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and cookies needed for the website to work.

3. How we use your data

We use your data only to:

  • reply to your messages and requests;
  • let you sign in and use our services;
  • provide, support and improve our services;
  • send you information you asked for;
  • meet legal requirements.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share data received from Meta platforms with data brokers and do not use it to build advertising profiles.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only when needed, with:

  • service providers that help us run our systems (for example, hosting and IT services) and process data only on our instructions;
  • Meta Platforms, when you contact us through Facebook, Messenger or Instagram (Meta’s own Privacy Policy also applies there);
  • public authorities, when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Security

We protect your data with technical and organizational measures, including access control and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is 100% secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • give you access to the data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your data.

We process personal data in line with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, including the Law “On Protection of Personal Data”.

8. How to delete your data (Facebook data deletion instructions)

You can ask us at any time to delete all data we received through Facebook, Messenger, Instagram or Facebook Login:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. Include your name and the Facebook or Instagram account name you used to contact us.
  3. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm it by email.

You can also remove our app from your Facebook account: open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find our app and click Remove.

9. Children

Our services are not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
